The Humana Group Medicare Advantage PPO plan highlights:

  • Your out-of-pocket costs under the plan are minimal: The plan pays 96 percent for most covered services while you pay just 4 percent of Humana’s allowed amount. 
  • You pay $0 for primary care doctor visits and just a $5 copayment for Tier 1 generic drugs at participating retail pharmacies in Humana’s network. 
  • While there is a large network of contracted providers, you can use any provider who accepts Medicare and agrees to bill Humana. Your plan coverage remains the same.
