Find food assistance, loneliness resources and other free or reduced cost programs, including new programs for the COVID-19 pandemic. Humana’s Find a Doctor is your online healthcare provider look-up tool. You’ll find nearby doctors, hospitals, pharmacies and other healthcare providers in the Humana network. You can get phone numbers, addresses and maps, customize your search by specialty and see the distance from your home or work. Once you select the link, enter your home’s ZIP code and how you would like to search for doctors. Under Coverage type, Select Medicare or Medicare-Medicaid. Then under Plan/Network select the Network Medicare PPO or enter your Member ID.
