High Deductible Health Plan added to Kentucky service area

The current High Deductible Health Plan will now be offered to the Lexington, Kentucky and Louisville, Kentucky service area for 2023. Select the Medical tab above to see all eligible service areas.

Dental Plan Enhancements

High PPO annual maximum will be changed from $5,000 to unlimited.

Standard Advantage EPO benefit will increase from 2 to 3 routine cleanings per calendar year.

Humana’s PPO recent network expansion now includes over 100,000 dental providers!

Virtual Benefits Fair (Chat)

The Virtual benefits fair is an online “health fair” that houses plan information in a single online location. This enables Federal employees to browse exhibits, view content and connect with program representatives via an online chat. The Virtual Benefits Fair is available 24/7 during the entire Open Season.
